Wine Country Movement descended on Napa California in mid-2024. The business specializes in fitness techniques, medical massage and therapeutic bodywork to enhance and promote better movement. Medical massage services include lymphatic drainage to promote better circulation, neuro muscular massage to address personal situations and pain management and structural integration to align units of the body for better movement and functioning. After receiving therapy resulting from an injury she became passionate about how rehabilitation and fitness can transform the body and an individuals’ ability to move. After receiving certifications in massage, pilates, yoga and medical massage techniques she opened her home studio 6 years ago.
